3. Quotes and tradespeople

We aim to match you with up to 3 suitable tradespeople, but the number of quotes you receive may vary. Any agreement you enter into with a tradesperson is directly between you and them — NearMeTrades is not a party to that contract.

4. No guarantee

While we vet tradespeople on our platform, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out. We recommend checking references and verifying qualifications before hiring.

5. Limitation of liability

NearMeTrades shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service or any work carried out by tradespeople matched through our platform.
